Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to make changes to a placed order, please kindly contact us via support@elecorange.com as soon as possible. Please note that an order modification is only possible before the order status changes to "Shipped", and we are not able to change a "Shipped" order.

Will all the products be shipped in one parcel?

To ensure timely delivery of all the ordered products, sometimes we will send out accessories separately.

What is the battery life?

Our ebikes/scooters use branded cells and can still provide 60% capacity after 500 full charge-depletion cycles if taken care of properly. The battery life is highly dependent on how you take care of it.

How to make my battery last longer?

How much range can the battery cover after a full charge?

Fully charge the lithium battery in about 2-3 hrs. Your kid will have 60-80 mins gliding time.

Does ELECORANGE e-bike come pre-assembled?

Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup-by-step instruction video, please scan the QR code on the user manual.
